The problem statement is to create a real-time translation/transcription device for Indic languages that operates without internet connectivity. The device should be built on AI4Bharat/Bhashini. Essentially, your task is to design a portable device capable of translating and transcribing spoken content in Indic languages instantly, without using any cloud services in an offline mode such that the users must be able to use this feature even when not connected to the internet.
